Schalke kick off in Nürnberg

The German Football League (DFL) released the fixtures for the 2009/10 Bundesliga season on Thursday. And Schalke supporters have been handed the opportunity to congratulate their friends at 1. FC Nürnberg on getting promoted in person on the opening day of the season.
The Royal Blues will kick off the new campaign with a trip to Nürnberg on the weekend of 7-9 August. The precise time and date will be announced in the next days.
